What areas do you service?
We service all of Midland, Penetanguishene and Tiny Township for residents who currently have Monday collection pickup. However, some areas are currently at capacity. Please check our Service Area Map to confirm availability in your neighborhood before signing up.
What is the cost of your service?
Our pricing details are available on our Pricing Page. All plans include service for up to 2 bins.
What if I don't want service every week?
We have an option for that on our Pricing Page. Also perfect if you only want your bins taken out or only taken in (perfect for cottagers).
When do you take the bins out and bring them back?
Sundays (4 PM – 9 PM): We move your bins to the curb for collection.
Mondays (4 PM – 9 PM): We return your empty bins to their designated storage spot.
Please Note: To maintain the tidy appearance of your property, if garbage or compost bins have not been emptied by 5 PM on collection day, we will bring them in (per local collection guidelines, trucks will not return until the next collection day). If recycle bins have not been emptied, the company that looks after them may come the next day so we will leave them at the curb and check again the next evening.
How do you ensure I can trust your bin runners?
Our bin runners are carefully vetted, trained, and undergo background checks to ensure reliability and professionalism. They're trusted service providers who deliver consistent, dependable service to your property—just like your landscaper or other home service professionals.
What if my bins are in a locked garage?
Unfortunately, we're unable to service bins stored in locked garages or areas requiring access codes. Our service is designed for bins that are accessible from outside your home. We recommend keeping/putting your bins in an unlocked side yard, driveway, or other outdoor location where our team can easily reach them. Please ensure bins are accessible by 4 PM the day before your collection day.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 7 days' notice prior to your next billing cycle to cancel your service. You can submit your cancellation request through our Contact Page. Please note that no partial credits nor refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the service during the current billing cycle.
